They provide services in a variety of ways, including educational programs that teach high-level wellness principles through workshops, online learning, wellness curriculum, youth programs, and community partnerships—raising wellness literacy in Florida communities and improving understanding among underserved communities by combining education, empowerment, and practical wellness tools.
