Led by experienced psychotherapist Shavonne Rich, we compassionately facilitate peaceful outcomes, enhance collaborative efforts, and assist in negotiation in challenging situations involving children, individuals, and divorce. Shavonne is also a Youth Violence Prevention Specialist and provides training for certification within that program.

Mediation Services

We specialize in Uncontested Divorces, Child Support Modifications, Child Custody, Visitation, Equitable Distribution, and Paternity Issues. Our Professionals are Master's level Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediators, so they are qualified to officiate all court-ordered Family Mediation Services on behalf of our clients and the Florida State Court System.

Group Therapy

Group therapy experiences assist clients with feeling attached and connected to a larger community. This type of therapy can help individuals better process their ways of seeing life in the here and now and understand their thoughts as collectively formed systemically, transculturally, and transgenerationally.

Youth Violence Prevention Training

This training is designed for adult professionals in specific professions who regularly come in contact with youth between the ages of 6 and 18. Training includes the latest statutes, ethical considerations relative to domestic violence, bullying, and cyberbullying, and appropriate communication exchange with youth and their parents

Our CEO and Founder

Shavonne Y. Rich L.M.H.C, M.A. is a Florida Supreme Court mediator in family courts and a Florida Board-licensed clinical counselor and supervisor.
